About the event
Movement Mondays are back and they're better! Join us on Monday, March 7th at The Upside at The Moxy Hotel on South Beach for a super fun evening of movement!
We will kick off the evening at 5:45 pm with a Sunset Yoga session led by the wonderful Tiffany Levy, accompanied by a relaxing Sound Healing session from Rob Newmans.
At 6:45 pm, we will transform our bodies through movement and dance. DJ Jerry Meyer will lead the night with the help of the energetic Jeremy Abramson as MC!
A cup of ceremonial grade cacao made by Cacao Sol will be provided for all ticket holders. Cacao Sol's ceremonial-grade cacao is a superfood, heart opener and activator that will allow us to connect with ourselves, raise our vibrations, and activate our magic so we can express and unleash our creativity on the dance floor.
Don't forget - bring your yoga mats and dancing shoes!
