At The Movement, our mission is simple: We want to get the world to dance!

Throughout human history, dance has been a tool to self-express, heal, and build community. While our society's view of and interaction with dance has evolved to become a complex and beautiful form of art, we have also lost aspects of simplicity and universality that made dance fundamental to the human experience. The Movement will change that. The Movement was funded on the principle of making dance accessible to all. Forget the class fees, the exclusivity of high-art, and let’s get back to making dance a core aspect of human identity.
